This Non‑Disclosure Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between FundMyApp (“Recipient”) and the Applicant (“Disclosing Party”).
Purpose
The Disclosing Party intends to share confidential information for the purpose of evaluating potential funding, development, or partnership opportunities.
Definition of Confidential Information
Confidential Information includes all business concepts, documents, financials, technical specifications, intellectual property, and any information marked or reasonably understood to be confidential.
Obligations of the Recipient
FundMyApp agrees to:
- Maintain all Confidential Information in strict confidence
- Use the information solely for evaluation purposes

Exclusions
